NTs增韧PHBV/TPU复合材料的研究

Preparation and Characterization of CNTs Reinforced PHBV/TPU Composites

为提高PHBV与TPU两相之间的相互作用力,改善复合材料的力学性能及热稳定性,本文采用熔融共混法制备了PHBV/TPU/CNTs复合材料,通过SEM、XRD、DSC、TG、万能试验机等对其表面形貌、晶体结构、热学性能以及力学性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,添加CNTs后PHBV与TPU两相界面未产生分离,两相之间的作用力有所提高;CNTs的加入促进了PHBV的结晶且使其由熔融双峰变为熔融单峰;此外,PHBV/TPU/CNTs复合材料的力学性能及热稳定性也有了显著提高。相比纯PHBV,复合材料的初始降解温度提高15℃,P/30T/3CNTs复合材料的断裂伸长率提高1800%左右。

PHBV/TPU/CNTs composites with good mechanical properties and thermal stability were prepared by melt processing method. Surface morphology, crystal structure, thermal properties and mechanical properties of the composites were studied by SEM, XRD, DSC, TG and universal testing machine. Results showed that the addition of CNTs improved the compatibility between PHBV and TPU effectively. In addition, the crystallinity of PHBV was increased and the two melting peaks of PHBV turned into a single one at the same time by the appearance of CNTs. What's more, the mechanical properties and thermal stability of composites were improved significantly. Initial degradation temperature of composites was increased by 15℃ and the elongation-at-break of P/30T/3CNTs composites was improved by 1800% compared with those of PHBV.
