基于复杂适应系统理论的知识系统主体研究
Research on Knowledge System Agents Based on Complex Adaptive System
本文从复杂系统理论中的重要分支——复杂适应系统（Complex Adaptive System, 简称CAS）角度来主要研究组织中的知识系统的知识主体。首先对知识系统现在的研究进行分析，提出知识系统是复杂适应系统，研究了知识主体的复杂特性，结合CAS主体模型，初步构建了基于CAS理论的知识系统主体模型，并对以后的研究进行了展望。
In this paper, knowledge agents of knowledge system in organizations are researched from the view of the complex adaptive system. First, analyzing of research on knowledge system, Second, that knowledge system is the complex adaptive system is been confirmed, and then the complex adaptive system characters of knowledge agents are researched. According to agents’ model of CAS, the agents’ model of knowledge system based on complex adaptive system is been set. In the end, the future field is indicated.
