比例方向阀涉及电、磁、机械和液压等多个学科,是液压系统中的重要组成元件之一,主要用于控制液压执行机构的运动方向和速度。本文介绍了仅用于二位二通插装阀中的位移-先导流量反馈原理和适用于该原理的新型三位四通滑阀结构,并利用仿真软件SimulationX建立了比例方向阀的模型。通过仿真分析,得出比例方向阀的动态和稳态仿真曲线,证实了控制原理的可行性。

Involving electric, magnetic, mechanical, hydraulic and other disciplines, proportional directional valve is one of the important components of hydraulic system, mainly used to control the moving direction and speed of the hydraulic actuators. This paper introduces the displacement - pilot flow feedback principle only for two-position two-way cartridge valves and the structure of new three-position four-way slide valve application of the principle. In addition, this paper uses simulation software SimulationX to establish model of the proportional direction valve . Through simulation analysis, the dynamic-state and steady-state simulation curves of the proportional directional valve are obtained, which confirms the feasibility of the control principle.
