机械式可控金属压力机建模和仿真分析
Modeling, Simulation and Analysis of a Controllable Mechanical Metal Forming Press
由常速电机和伺服电机联合驱动的机械式可控金属压力机床能完成冲裁、弯曲、拉延、精压等传统机械压力机不可完成的工艺要求,具有节能高速、柔性可控、简单紧凑等优点。文章使用多领域建模语言Modelica建立了可控金属压力机床的常速电机、伺服电机、多刚体机构、控制器等模型,并建立了轨迹规划和运动学反解函数模块,使机、电、控三个领域的仿真在统一平台下完成。仿真分析验证了仿真结果的真实有效性。
new controllable mechanical metal forming press which is driven by a combination of a constant speed motor and a servo motor is investigated in this paper. It offers combined functions including metal blanking, bending, drawing, coining etc. and such a combination cannot be completed by traditional mechanical press. The new controllable mechanical metal forming press also has merits such as energy-saving, high-speed, flexible controllable, simple and compact, and so on. A modeling language for multi-domain physical systems called Modelica is utilized to establish simulation models for the controllable mechanical metal forming press. The models include constant speed motor, servo motor, multi-body mechanicsm, controller etc. Further a trajectory planning function module and an inverse kinematic function module were also programmed. The multi-domain simulation models combine the domains of mechanical, electrical, control in a unified form and hence can perform simulation in a unified platform. Simulation results and analysis verify the effectiveness of the simulation models.
