汽车整车多级生产线协同重排序优化方法

汽车整车生产过程中会出现紧急插单等事件,干扰已有生产方案的执行,导致初始方案生产成本较高,降低汽车订单交付的顺序化程度。为此,本文研究了考虑紧急插单的汽车整车多级生产线协同重排序优化方法。首先分析了汽车整车生产不同阶段的工艺特性,基于此为不同生产阶段的汽车订单制定了相应的动态协同重排序策略,然后建立了以生产成本和订单交付延误为优化目标的汽车整车多级生产线动态协同重排序优化模型,并采用NSGA-II算法对模型进行优化求解。最后,以一个实际生产案例验证了本所提方法的有效性。

Rush orders will occur in the process of the automobile producing, which interferes the execution of the original production plan and leads to higher production costs and a lower degree of sequential delivery of automobile orders for the initial paln. Therefore, a collaborative resequencing optimization method of the automobile multi-stage production line considering rush orders is studied. Firstly, the process characteristics of different production stages of automobiles are analyzed. Based on this, dynamic collaborative resequencing strategies are formulated for automobile orders in different production stages. Then, a dynamic collaborative resequencing optimization model of the automobile multi-stage production line is established, with the production cost and the order delivery delay as the optimization objectives. And a NSGA-II is used to optimize the model. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified by a case study.
