地开石的表面修饰和作为防腐蚀包装材料填料的使用

利用硬脂酸对地开石进行了表面修饰,将改性地开石作为填料制备了具有防腐蚀功效的改性地开石/聚乙烯复合材料。采用分散性实验、红外光谱(IR)、热分析(DSC)、粒度分析和X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对改性前后地开石进行表征。实验结果表明,硬脂酸分子已经化学键和到了地开石颗粒表面。经硬脂酸改性的地开石的表面由亲水性变为亲油性。盐雾试验表明,改性地开石/聚乙烯复合材料薄膜具有良好的防腐蚀功能。
ickite particles modified by stearic acid (SA) were prepared using surface modification method in this study. SA modified dickite (SA-dickite)/linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) new composite material with anticorrosion properties was prepared using SA-dickite as barrier filler for the first time. Modified dickite was characterized by dispersion experiments, Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry test (DSC), particles size analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results indicated that SA chemically bonded on the surface of dickite and changed the surface properties of dickite from polarity to non-polarity. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) micrographs of the composite film exhibited that the layered dickite particles nearly paralleled to the composite film surface. A kind of parallel board structure was formed. Salt spray test was used to evaluate the anticorrosion properties of SA-dickite/LLDPE composite. The result illustrated that the anticorrosion properties of the composite had been improved markedly with the increase of loading of filler.
