中国钢铁产业能源消耗、碳排放与增加值脱钩分析

本文利用弹性脱钩方法和Tapio脱钩指标分类和评价标准,对2000-2010年中国钢铁产业产值增长与能源消费和碳排放之间的脱钩关系进行了测度。并基于LYQ分析框架利用修正的Tapio脱钩评价模型对影响钢铁产业碳排放与增加值脱钩状况的各因素的影响力进行了评价。研究结果表明中国钢铁产业能源消耗、碳排放与增加值总体上呈现出扩张负脱钩的关系。产业排放脱钩弹性和产业节能脱钩弹性具有交替波动的趋势。产业碳排放与能源消耗的脱钩弹性对碳排放与工业增加值脱钩状况具有正向的影响,能源消耗与工业增加值的脱钩弹性对产业碳排放与增加值脱钩状况具有负向的影响,钢铁产业碳排放受经济驱动较为明显。
his paper, by employing the method of elasticity decoupling and the Tapio decoupling index, investigates the decoupling relationship of the growth of Chinese steel industry and its energy consumption and carbon emission in the period of 2000 to 2010. In addition, based on the analysis framework of LYQ and utilizing adjusted Tapio decoupling evaluation model, it is examined that the influence of each element influencing the decoupling status between the growth and the carbon emission of Chinese steel industry. Results show that, generally, there is an outspread negative decoupling relationship among the energy consumption, carbon emission and added-value of Chinese steel industry. The decoupling elasticity of industry emission and the one of industry energy-saving have a trend of alternation and fluctuation. The decoupling elasticity of industry carbon emission and energy saving has a positive impact on the decoupling status of carbon emission and industry added-value, while the decoupling elasticity of energy-saving and added-value has a negative impact on the decoupling status of carbon emission and industrial added-value, and the carbon emission of steel industry driven by economy is relative evident.
