orresponding to cartesian coordinate, the reciprocal space vectors as well as the volume of primitive cell in real and reciprocal spaces is defined under cylindrical coordinate. The theoretical deduction is performed, and the Bloch theorem and schrodinger equation of the bending nanobeam is obtained. These results pave the way for studying the piezoresistivity of the bending nanobeam.
