用表面修饰的方法提高脱氯阴极的电催化活性和稳定性、减少贵金属Pd的用量,是电催化加氢脱氯处理氯酚废水的一项有意义的工作。本文以钛(Ti)网为基质,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)辅助下,电氧化聚合吡咯(py),形成CTAB掺杂的聚吡咯(Ppy)修饰膜,再电沉积钯(Pd),得到载Pd复合电极(Pd/Ppy-CTAB/Ti电极)。该电极应用于2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP)的脱氯研究,探讨了脱氯电流对转化率和电流效率的影响;实验条件下,2,4-DCP的脱氯反应符合一级动力学;实验表明,Ppy-CTAB修饰膜的存在,节约了Pd的用量,具有更高的电催化脱氯潜能。

It is a meaningful work to improve the electrode catalytic activity and stability and lower the Pd loading by surface modification method for treatment of chlorophenols-contained wastewater by electrochemical hydrodechlorination way. In this work, a composite electrode (Pd/Ppy-CTAB/Ti electrode) was prepared by electro-polymerization of pyrrole (py) assisted with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) to form polymeric pyrrole (Ppy) film and then electro-deposition of Pd on the Ppy-CTAB film. The prepared electrode was applied to dechlorinate 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) and the effects of catalysis current on conversion efficiency and current efficiency were discussed. It was found that the dechlorination of 2,4-DCP followed pseudo first order kinetics under the experimental conditions. Results showed that the Pd/Ppy-CTAB/Ti electrode with low Pd loading had a good dechlorination potential due to the modification of the Ppy-CTAB film.
