高校辅导员是工作在高校第一线的管理人员,他们的素质直接影响到培养人才的素质,当前,我们对辅导员素质的评价多局限在定性分析上,从而失于客观、公正。为了对辅导员素质的评价更加科学与合理,本文结合数学模型层次分析法对辅导员素质的评价把定性考核指标进行量化,综合系统分析,为客观评价辅导员素质提供了重要可靠的依据。

ollege counselors are the administrative personnel who work on the frontier, and who have direct influence on cultivating of the quality of their students. Currently, we have been subjected to the qualitative analysis on the quality evaluation of college counselors, which lacks both objectivity and fairness. In order to make the quality evaluation system more scientific and reasonable, this paper aims at using the analytic hierarchy process based on the mathematic model to quantify the qualitative analysis process, to make the comprehensive analysis, and try to provide the reliable basis for the objective quality evaluation of the college counselors.
