非导电工程陶瓷电火花放电蚀除特性的数值模拟
he Numerical Simulation of Erosion Characteristics for Electrical Discharge Machining of Insulating Engineering Ceramics
利用放电通道流经非导电工程陶瓷表面时产生的瞬时高温、高压作用来进行蚀除加工的方法是作者新近开发出来的一种加工技术,它具有加工效率高、成本低和对环境无污染等特点。针对该加工技术建立了非导电工程陶瓷电火花加工过程中温度场和热应力场的数学模型,对非导电工程陶瓷表面上的温度梯度和热应力场特性进行了数值模拟,总结出了单次脉冲放电过程中放电通道在非导电工程陶瓷表面上形成的温度梯度和热应力分布规律。
he technology of machining insulating engineering with instantaneous high tempeterature and high pressure produced by discharge channel flowing insulating engineering surface has been developed recently by authors. The process shows high material removal rate, low cost and without pollution. The mathematical models of temperature and thermal stress for electrical discharge machining of insulating ceramics has been established. The numerical simulation of the temperature gradientand thermal stress for electrical discharge machining of insulating engineering ceramics has been done. The distributions of temperature gradient and thermal stress acting on the insulating engineering surface are given.
