In the paper, Using the flow calculation software FLUENT to do some research on method of calculating heat transfer in the shock cooling oil path; through the design several different injection speed to study the relationship between the injection speed of the cooling oil and the heat transfer in the cooling of the oil path; by changing the cooling axial position of the piston oil path to study the relationship between the position and the heat transfer; through the design of the two wave-shaped cooling oil chamber to study the increased turbulent impacts on the heat transfer in cooling oil chamber, draw conclusions.
