以太原市经济技术开发区某污水厂为实验基地,经过10个月的启动和试运行,重点研究一体式曝气生物滤池处理工艺处理城市污水脱氮性能;研究结果表明:在进水污染物浓度较高、可生化性差、水质指标波动较大的情况下(BOD5 40-180 mg/L,平均160 mg/L;CODCr 100-950mg/L,平均380 mg/L;SS 100-1500 mg/L,平均280 mg/L ;NH3-N 15-35 mg/L,平均26 mg/L ;TN 20-65 mg/L,平均35 mg/L;TP平均2.86 mg/L),一体式曝气生物滤池系统的出水水质,除TP外均能达到GB 18918-2002标准的一级A标准,各项污染物的出水浓度分别为:BOD5 5.3 mg/L ,CODCr 38mg/L,SS 7mg/L,NH3-N 3.7mg/L(6.0mg/L),TN 13.2mg/L,TP 1.65 mg/L;各项污染物的平均去除率分别为:BOD5=96.7%, CODCr=90%,SS =97.5%,NH3-N=85.7%(77.1%),TN=62.5% ,TP=42.5%。除磷需要辅助化学除磷,在二沉池配水井中投加絮凝剂而去除。
