热处理对生物可降解PBST纤维聚集态结构和弹性的影响

将生物可降解高分子材料聚丁二酸丁二醇-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBST)纤维在不同温度、牵伸倍数和热定型时间下处理后,分别用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热台偏光显微镜(POM)、强力仪等测试其聚集态结构和弹性的变化。研究结果表明,在热处理条件下,PBST纤维的弹性随着牵伸倍数、热处理温度和定型时间的变化呈现出有规律的变化趋势,相应地,聚集态结构的变化较好说明了纤维弹性变化的内在原因。
Biodegradable poly(butylene succiante-co-terephthalate) (PBST) fibers were heat-set under different temperatures, different drawing ratios and different heat-setting times. The development of aggregation structure and flexible properties of PBST fibers before and after treated were investigated by tensile test, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy (POM) measurement. Research results indicated that the flexible properties of PBST fibers exhibit regular changes with the heat-setting conditions, and corresponding changes of aggregation structure agree with the development of flexible properties.
