单目视觉下目标物高度测量的研究

本文提出了在单目视觉下的一个简单自动化标定方法来测量目标物的高度,与传统的标定方法相较,这个标定法不用获得相机的内参以及外参,只需获得由固定相机所拍摄图片中的灭点信息即可完成距离测量,灭点是由一个立方体盒子作为标定物所获得的。标定过程是先在图片中自动找出标定物,然后对标定物进行一系列图像处理以获取特征点,根据拟定的目标函数,采用遗传算法进行参数优化获得最优解,其中在遗传算法中采用了柯西变异算子来获得较好的实验结果。本文提出的方法的主要优点在于:1).标定环境搭建容易,需要的前提条件较少,只需要一个立方体盒子和它的长、宽、高信息;2).标定过程中不需要繁琐的数学计算来获取相机的内参与外参;3).该测量方法全部自动化,减少了人工操作成本,实现了实时智能化。
his paper presents a simple calibration approach to height estimation based on single view metrology.Instead of calibrating intrinsic parameters,our approach aims to estimate the vanishing points of a stationary camera.The calibration process is formulated as finding the calibrated parts,then obtaining the feature points through the calibrated parts processing,and then defining a novel objective function to deal with an optimization problem,in which twelve parameters for estimating vanishing points are defined.The genetic algorithm with Cauchy mutation operator is further used for obtaining robust results.The major advantages of the proposed approach are: 1).it is easy to setup since only a cubic box and some optional line segments are reauired; and 2).it works without camera's intrinsic parameters; then 3).the process is automated without manual work.
