一类结核菌感染的免疫系统-抗原模型研究

考虑到结核病在我国的严重疫情,根据结核菌感染后人体的免疫机制,以全新的视角建立结核菌感染的免疫系统-抗原动力学模型。利用数学方法对模型进行阈值分析,并讨论了在不同的免疫状况下各类平衡点的存在性、稳定性以及其生物学意义。给出了共存正平衡态后项分支的存在条件。

In this paper,we creat a new dynamics model to describe the competition between tubercle bacillus and immunity cells,since tuberculosis is a very serious problem in our country. We calulate the threshold by analyzing the model by means of mathematies.Then,we discuss the existence,stability properties and the biological meanings of these steady states under different situations of the immune system.Also,we find conditions for the backwards bifurcation of the positive steady state.
