在总结我国在知识产权竞争中面临的严峻形势及知识产权壁垒特点的基础上，分析了基于知识产权的技术竞争情报研究进展和态势，认为应对知识产权壁垒将是今后我国技术竞争情报研究的重点，初步研究了应对知识产权壁垒的技术竞争情报基本内容与方法，并提出了如何运用技术竞争情报应对知识产权壁垒的四项策略。
