离子液体中电沉积金属镍的研究

本文以NiCl2与氯化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑(EMIC)、乙二醇(以下简称EG)为主盐体系研究了离子液体中镍的电沉积。当EMIC/NiCl2/EG的摩尔比为2:1:6~2:1:9时,能够得到银灰色或者银白色金属镍的镀层;在EMIC/NiCl2/EG熔盐中加入0.2~0.4g/L丁炔二醇时,能够有效地提高镍镀层的外观质量;从SEM照片可以看出,电流密度在40~80A/dm2范围内,金属镍的结晶细小而致密;XRD分析表明,镍的结晶为面心立方结构。

he electrodeposition of Ni from a 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (EMIC) and ethylene glycol (EG) ionic liquid containing NiCl2 was investigated. silver gray or silver white electrodeposits were obtained while the mole ratio of EMIC/NiCl2/EG was 2:1:6~2:1:9. Addition of butynediol into EMIC-NiCl2-EG bath resulted in remarkable improvement of the appearance. SEM images of electrodeposits showed that the crystalline of metallic nickel was small and dense while current density was 40-80A/dm2. X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicates that the obtained electrodeposits was fcc polycrystal structure.
