水稻矮生功能基因研究进展

warfism is an important agronomic trait that contributes to rice yield. Cloning and functional analysis of the dwarism related genes have important role in understanding the mechanism of dwarfism and its application in high yielding rice production. This review briefly summarized the achievements in elucidating the mechanisms of rice height. The cloned dwarf genes which were classified according its function in this review could be used as new gene resources for dwarf rice breeding.
