目的:观察自锁托槽与传统结扎托槽对兔上颌切牙移动效果的影响。方法: 以32只新西兰大白兔为研究对象,分别采用自锁托槽与传统结扎托槽移动上颌切牙,观察加力后第1至14天两组兔上颌切牙间距及牙根变化情况。结果: 两组兔牙均发生倾斜移动。加力后第1至第3天自锁托槽组上颌切牙间距离大于传统托槽组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。加力后第4至第14天两组切牙间距离均增加,但两组间无明显差异(p>0.05)。加力后第14天,自锁托槽组上颌切牙间距离为2.45±0.09 mm,传统托槽组为2.49±0.07 mm。结论:在必要的矫治加力周期内,自锁托槽与传统结扎托槽在牙齿移动方面并无明显差异。

Objective: To investigate the effects of self-ligating brackets and conventional brackets on the efficiency of maxillary incisors movement in rabbits. Methods: 32 New Zealand rabbits were chosen. The maxillary incisors were treated with self-ligating brackets or conventional brackets respectively. The distance between the incisors was measured from the day 1 to 14 after 60g force was applied. Radiographs were taken to observe the root changes. Results: A tipping movement was observed in both groups. The distance between the teeth in the group of self-ligating brackets was significantly greater than that in the group of conventional brackets during the first 3 days(p<0.05). Between days 4 to 14, the distance between the teeth was increased in both group. However, no significant difference was observed(p>0.05). The mean distance between the incisors was 2.45±0.09 mm in the group of self-ligating brackets and 2.49±0.07 mm in the group of conventional brackets at the days 14. Conclusion: In the necessary treatment period, self-ligating brackets are no more efficient than conventional brackets during orthodontic tooth movement.
