目的:研究室旁核在脑缺血所致的心律失常中的作用,探讨脑心综合征的发病机制。方法:用线栓法栓塞右侧大脑中动脉建立脑心综合征模型,监测心电,免疫组化和Western blotting方法测定大鼠室旁核内c-fos表达的变化。结果:模型组大鼠心律失常的发生率为71%显著高于假手术组(p<0.01),发生时间约为栓塞后(13±9.89)min,可持续时间约为(28.5±12.89)min。免疫组织化学和Western blotting结果显示,脑缺血后15min和30min时大鼠室旁核内c-fos的表达明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠局灶性脑缺血发生的心律失常与室旁核活动增强有关。

Objective To investigate the effect of the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus in arrhythmias induced by Cerebral Ischemia. Methods The cerebro-cardiac syndrome model rats were induced by occluding fight middle cerebral artery and the ECG was monitored.C-fos levels of paraventricular after cerebral ischemia were determined using immunohistochemistry and western blot. Results The rate of arrhythmia in MCAO rats was 71%, which was obviously higher than sham group(P<0.01). According to the results of immunohistochemistry and Western blotting,compared with the control group, the level of c-fos expression was remarkably increased in 15min,30min and 4h after MCAO (P<0.05). Conclusion The activity of PVN is close correlated with the arrhythmias induced by cerebral ischemia.
