基于协同过滤和应用风险的移动应用推荐系统

Mobile App Recommendation System Based on Collaborative filtering and App's Risk

随着移动互联网的快速发展,移动应用数量呈爆发式增长,面对各式各样的应用用户选择自己感兴趣的应用变得越来越难,同时移动应用往往存在泄漏用户隐私的风险。针对这两个问题,本文提出了一种基于协同过滤和应用风险的移动应用推荐系统,通过改进的协同过滤算法为用户生成初始推荐结果,然后根据应用的权限对应用进行分析评估,得到应用的风险值,最后结合这两方面的指标为用户推荐应用,本文详细介绍了系统设计和实现,实验分析表明,改进的算法提高了推荐准确度,对于本文提出的应用风险评估方法,实验结果表明该方法的有效性。最后分析了该系统的优化方向。

With the development of mobile Internet, the number of mobile applications(App) increases tremendously, making it much more difficult for users to choose the Apps they interested, and there are usually some Apps which have the risk of personal information leakage. For these two issues, this paper proposes a mobile app recommendation system schedule which based on collaborative filtering and application risk. The schedule firstly produces the primary recommendation results by the improving collaborative filtering algorithm, then evaluates the applications according to application's permissions, acquired the application risk value, combined with these two metrics, the system could recommend a proper app for users. This paper summarized the design of the system and its implementing, the experiment shows that the improved algorithm raised the accuracy of recommendation result. Experimental results show that the risk assessment method for the application of this paper is effective. Finally, the paper analyzed the ways to optimize this recommendation system.
