(目的)本试验旨在探究不同添加量的竹酢粉对断奶仔猪肠道组织形态学、肠道免疫及肠道菌群组成的影响,初步探索竹酢粉对断奶仔猪的作用机理。(方法)选用45头31日龄"杜×长×大"断奶公仔猪(体重6.74±0.17kg),随机分配至5组,分别为:对照组(CON,基础饲粮)、抗生素组(ANT,基础饲粮+0.12%复合抗生素)、竹酢粉0.1%组(BV1,基础饲粮+0.1%竹酢粉)、竹酢粉0.5%组(BV5,基础饲粮+0.5%竹酢粉)、竹酢粉1%组(BV10,基础饲粮+1%竹酢粉),每组3个重复,试验期35d。试验结束日每个重复随机选择2头仔猪屠宰、采样、检测。(结果)结果表明:断奶仔猪饲粮中添加竹酢粉可显著降低各小肠段隐窝深度(P<0.05),显著增加各小肠段绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(P<0.05)。竹酢粉试验组十二指肠炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 mRNA表达水平有降低的趋势(P<0.1),竹酢粉试验组脾脏IL-6 mRNA表达水平显著降低(P<0.05)。BV5组肝脏TNF-α、IL-1β mRNA表达水平显著提高(P<0.05),竹酢粉增强了肝脏自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK)的免疫活力。BV10组肠系膜淋巴结TNF-α、IL-6基因表达水平显著低于正常水平(P<0.05),与本组高腹泻率结果一致。(结论)综上,竹酢粉可改善断奶仔猪肠道组织形态,通过调控基因表达改良免疫状态,有替代抗生素作为断奶仔猪促生长添加剂的潜力,饲粮适宜添加比例为0.5%左右。

(Objective)The aim of this study is to explore the effects of bamboo vinegar powder on intestinal morphology and immunity-related mRNA genes expression of weaned piglets so as to ascertain possible mechanism of action of bamboo vinegar powder to piglets.(Method) Forty-five crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) weaned piglets (all male, body weight 6.74±0.17kg) at 31 days of age were randomly assigned to 5 treatments with 3 replicates per treatment and 3 piglets in each replicate. The five treatments were as follows: CON(a basal diet), ANT(the basal diet+ antibiotics), BV1(the basal diet+ 0.1%bamboo vinegar powder), BV5(the basal diet+ 0.5%bamboo vinegar powder), BV10(the basal diet+ 1%bamboo vinegar powder). This experiment lasted 35 days. Two piglets per replicate were sacrificed to obtain samples and further test.(Result) The results showed bamboo vinegar powder added in weaned piglets' diets significantly decreased crypt depths of small intestinal segments(P<0.05) and significantly increased the ratio of villus height to crypt depth (P<0.05). TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 mRNA expression levels in duodenum of bamboo vinegar powder treatment groups tended to lower (P<0.1) and IL-6 mRNA expression levels in spleen of these groups significantly descended (P<0.05). TNF-α, IL-1β mRNA expression levels in liver of BV5 were significantly raised (P<0.05) indicating that immune activity of natural killer cells in liver were enhanced. TNF-α, IL-6 mRNA expression levels in mesenteric lymph nodes of BV10 were significantly lower than normal (P<0.05) consisting with high diarrhea rate in this treatment. (Conclusion) Overall, bamboo vinegar powder could improve intestinal morphology and ameliorate immune state by regulating immunity-related genes expression. In conclusion, bamboo vinegar powder had the potential to replace antibiotics to be growth enhancer for weaned piglets and its appropriate dosage was 0.5%.
