随着移动互联网及手机应用的多元化发展,用户的阅读需求也呈现更加多样化的趋势,使得以手机阅读为代表的数字文化产业的商业模式也将更加多元化。本文借鉴4P、4C营销理论、差异化竞争理论及长尾理论,分析了手机阅读领域内容定制化的趋势,总结并提出了该领域的新商业模式和营销模式,进而提出手机阅读内容定制化相关的营销策略.本文重申内容的重要性,从而引出整个数字文化产业都将进入内容定制化的大潮之中。

With the diversified development of the mobile internet and the mobile-phone application, the reading demand of mobile reading users is also become more and more diversified, and it makes the business model of digital culture industry which represented by mobile reading more diversified. This study use the Marketing Theory of 4P and 4C, Diversified Competition Strategy and the Long Tail Theory as a reference, analysis the trend of content customization in the area of mobile reading, summarize and put forward the business model and marketing model of this area, then put forward the marketing strategy about content customization of mobile reading area. This study reaffirm the importance of content, then draws out that the whole digital culture industry will enter into the tide of content customization.
