反推亲本式玉米杂交组配及组合高效筛选思路

Retrospective analysis of hybrid parental lines and hybrid cross screen protocol was constructed according to the relatively low cross screen efficiency till today through comprehensive analysis of the traditional selection method, which could greatly improve the cross selection efficient by about hundreds of times. Practical steps were also fully described. The protocol depends on the cross performance to deduce its possible cross derivation of male father lines based on several technique such as SSR fingerprint profile and careful control of breeding nursery. The substantial problems and relative solutions were also listed to help better understanding of the protocol.
