通过蔬菜(菜心、萝卜、黄瓜)种子发芽实验,研究了3种季铵盐类化合物(十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、三辛基甲基氯化铵)的生态毒性。结果表明,季铵盐类化合物对菜心、萝卜和黄瓜种子发芽的根伸长半抑制浓度(IC50)值分别为19.22-25.40 mgoL-1、20.49-46.72 mgoL-1和35.80-65.67 mgoL-1;十二烷基三甲基氯化铵与菜心种子的根伸长和发芽率、萝卜种子的根伸长和芽伸长以及黄瓜种子的根伸长和发芽率之间存在显著的剂量-效应关系(p<0.05),十二烷基三甲基溴化铵与菜心种子的芽伸长、根伸长和发芽率、萝卜种子的根伸长和发芽率以及黄瓜种子的根伸长之间存在显著的剂量-效应关系(p<0.05),三辛基甲基氯化铵与菜心种子的芽伸长、根伸长和发芽率,以及萝卜和黄瓜种子的根伸长之间存在显著的剂量-效应关系(p<0.05);十二烷基三甲基氯化铵与十二烷基三甲基溴化铵的生态毒性大体相当,明显大于三辛基甲基氯化铵,对3种蔬菜种子发芽的毒性大小为菜心>萝卜>黄瓜。

Seed germination experiment of three vegetables (flowering cabbage,radish,cucumber ) was conducted to study the ecotoxicity of three kinds of quaternary ammonium compounds ( dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, and trioctyl methyl ammonium chloride).The results showed that half inhibition concentration values (IC50) of quaternary ammonium compounds to the root elongation of seed germination of flowering Chinese cabbage, radish and cucumber were 19.22-25.40 mgoL-1, 20.49-46.72 mgoL-1, and 35.80-65.67mgoL-1,respectively. Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride displayed significant dose-effect relationships (p<0.05) with root elongation and germination rate of the flowering cabbage seed germination, and root elongation and shoot elongation of the radish seed germination, as well as root elongation and germination rate of the cucumber seed germination. Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide demonstrated significant dose-effect relationships (p<0.05) with shoot elongation, root elongation and germination rate of the flowering cabbage seed germination, and root elongation and germination rate of the radish seed germination, as well as root elongation of the cucumber seed germinatio. Trioctyl methyl ammonium chloride revealed significant dose-effect relationships (p<0.05) with shoot elongation , root elongation and germination rate of the flowering cabbage seed germination, as well as the root elongation of radish and cucumber seed germination. Ecotoxicity of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide was nearly the same and significantly greater than that of trioctyl methyl ammonium chloride. Their ecotoxicity response to seed germination of three vegetables decreased in the order of flowering cabbage > radish > cucumber.
