再碱化对火灾受损混凝土强度和微观结构的修复
Strength and Microstructure Recovery of Fire-Damaged Concrete after Realkalisation
本文对高温作用经再碱化修复后的混凝土进行了压汞测孔试验及抗压强度试验,研究了再碱化修复对火灾受损后混凝土微观结构和抗压强度修复效果。试验结果表明,高温后混凝土的抗压强随着温度升高呈现下降的趋势,混凝土的微观结构变差,粗大孔明显增多。经再碱化修复后,混凝土的抗压强度得到一定程度的提高,微观结构得到明显改善,粗大孔明显减少。混凝土微观结构的变化与其力学性能改善相一致,说明了再碱化可以一定程度的修复高温作用后混凝土的抗压强度,同时改善混凝土的耐久性能。
he experiments of mercury intrusion porosimetry and compressive strength of concrete after high temperature are performed, and the strength and microstructurer recovery of fire-damaged concrete after realkalisation is investigated. The results show that compressive strength of concrete decreased with the temperature increased, microstructure of concrete becomes worse, and macro porous has evident increase. After realkalisation repairing, compressive strength of concrete is improved to some extent, microstructure is improved obviously, and macro porous is decreased significantly. The variation of microstructure in concrete is in conformity with the change in mechanical properties, which draws a conclusion that realkalisation repairing can recover the strength and microstructurer of concrete after high temperature.
