复配式粗杂粮改善脂代谢紊乱作用的实验研究

Objective To explore the effects of different feeds, including rise, flour and the compound coarse grain on the disordered lipid metabolism rats. Methods 40 male SD rats were divided into 4 groups: the negative control group, the hyperlipemic control group, the rice-flour group and the coarse grain group. After feeding the rats for10 weeks, body weight, serum TC, TG, HDL-C and liver pathology were studied. Results Compared with the hyperlipemic control group, the serum TG and TC declined significantly and HDL-C increased significantly in the coarse grain group. Moreover, the extent of liver cell fatty degeneration was slight. Conclusion Compound coarse grain food intervention can improve the lipid metabolism rats. The contents of specific nutritional ingredient in coarse grains played an important role in the nutritional intervention.
