通过向培养基中添加Fe2+ (Fe-EDTA),以探讨Fe2+对葡萄试管苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:随Fe2+浓度的升高,根萌动时间提前,芽萌动时间推迟,根冠比和叶绿素含量增加;Fe2+浓度为13.9 mg/L时,株高、节间数、叶片数以及地上部干鲜重均达到最大。当Fe2+浓度低于13.9 mg/L时,根系活力随Fe2+浓度升高而增强,当Fe2+浓度高于13.9 mg/L时,根系活力随Fe2+浓度升高而减弱。

Effects of ferrum (Fe2+) on Growth and development of red globe grape were investigated in this paper. The results showed that rooting period was shortened, but budding period was prolonged,root/shoot ratio and chlorophyll content was enhanced with the increase of Fe2+ concentration; plant height, node number, leaf number and shoot fresh and dry weight were all up to the highest quantity when Fe2+ concentration was 13.9 mg/L; root vigor rose with increase of Fe2+ concentration when Fe2+ concentration was under 13.9 mg/L, but weakened with increase of Fe2+ concentration when Fe2+ concentration was over 13.9 mg/L.
