脱溶耦合发酵豆粕干燥的DTDC蒸脱机设计及应用研究

对用于湿粕脱溶的DTDC蒸脱机进行结构改造,包括DT段增加分料装置和DC段增加脱水层。改进后的DTDC蒸脱机与发酵豆粕工艺相结合,将DT段作为杀菌和原料供给段,将DC段作为发酵豆粕的干燥工段。采用该工艺相较于传统发酵工艺蒸汽消耗降低43.8%,投资降低49.5%。
he structure of DTDC evaporator used for wet meal desolvention was reformed, including adding material separation device in DT section and adding dehydrating layer in DC section. The DT section was used as sterilization and raw material supply section, and DC section was used as drying section of fermented soybean meal. Compared with the traditional fermentation process, the steam consumption and investment decreased by 43.8% and 49.5% respectively.
