信息通信技术碳减排量化及领域贡献研究
Information and Communication Technology Carbon Emission Reduction Calculation and Field Contribution
全球气候变暖带来的后果将危及所有人类的生存环境,追求碳达峰,实现碳中和是每个国家为减缓全球气候变暖所必须做出的努力。在促进经济发展同时又能有效减少全社会碳排放的多种低碳经济发展模式中,信息通信技术都发挥着巨大的作用。为了更直观的评价信息通信技术的减排效果,本文以系数法为基本方法,根据实际数据的可获得性将现有减排量化方法进行组合和完善,提出一套适用我国现有ICT应用的减排量化方法与测算流程。在此基础上,本文结合调研数据对不同领域ICT应用的碳减排量进行了初步测算和分析,发现不同应用之间碳减排能力差异极大,可以在减排能力的基础上结合市场前景和经济效益来确立未来发展和推广的重点应用。
he consequences of global warming will endanger the living environment of all human beings. The pursuit of carbon peak and carbon neutrality is a must for every country to slow down global warming. Ict plays a huge role in various low-carbon economic development models that promote economic development while effectively reducing carbon emissions in the whole society. In order to evaluate the emission reduction effect of ICT more directly, this paper takes the coefficient method as the basic method, combines and improves the existing emission reduction quantitative methods according to the availability of actual data, and puts forward a set of emission reduction quantitative methods and calculation process suitable for China\'s existing ICT applications. On this basis, combined with the research data, this paper made a preliminary calculation and analysis of the carbon emission reduction capacity of ICT applications in different fields, and found that the carbon emission reduction capacity of different applications varied greatly. Based on the emission reduction capacity, the key applications for future development and promotion could be established by combining the market prospect and economic benefits.
