时代变迁中的起与落--从工农兵学员看招生制度转变

工农兵学员是1970年至1976年中国高等教育领域的特殊现象。在泛政治化教育的环境背景下，他们的成长经历以及所接受的教育都深深地打上了时代烙印。从教育界掀起一场"教育革命"的浪潮到"文化大革命"中彻底废除高考制度改为"推荐制"招生，工农兵学员这一群体是"推荐制"这一特殊招生标准下的产物。他们从诞生到退出历史舞台都与时代变化紧密相关，特别是在历史转折点的年代，从时代的宠儿一下子落到文革批判的风口浪尖上。关注这一代人的成长史、教育经历也是对一段历史文化的关注，对特殊时期的中国高等教育的探析。本文从招生制度转变的角度着手，结合时代变迁的特征，通过对工农兵学员这一群体特征的分析来了解"文革"十年中国高等教育人才断层的状况。
