变频空调中的永磁同步电机滑模无传感器控制

本文设计了一种基于滑模观测器(SMO)的永磁同步电动机变频空调驱动控制器。设计了SMO用于电机的角度估算,并推导了其理论模型,使用饱和函数代替传统的开关函数,有效地削弱了滑模变结构控制引起的抖振。采用两段式起动技术,解决了无位置传感器的低速起动问题。最后通过实验验证了所设计的变频空调器控制系统原理上的正确性和可行性。

driven and control system of PMSM based on SMO was designed for frequency conversion air-condition. SMO was designed to estimate the angle of motor. Instead of the switch function control method, the saturation function control method was used to reduce the affect of the sliding mode chattering. The paper used two segments method to start motor successfully in low speed condition. At last, the result of experiment shows that the designed system is accurate and viable.
