野生苍耳、栽培苍耳、组培苍耳提取物抑菌活性的比较研究
he Compared Study on the Antifungal Activity of Extract from Wild, Cultivation and Tissue Cultivated of Xanthium sibiricum
本论文利用生长速率法、黄瓜子叶法对野生苍耳、栽培苍耳、组培苍耳提取物的抑菌活性进行了比较研究。结果表明,三种苍耳的丙酮提取物对5种供试菌EC50均值分别为27.97mg/ml、28.22 mg/ml、28.89 mg/ml;在活体上30mg/ml的供试浓度下,处理32h后,三种苍耳提取物对番茄灰霉病保护作用的防治效果分别为36.24%、36.87%和38.03%,治疗作用的防治效果分别为31.73%、32.90%和32.97%。对五种供试菌的抑菌活性和对番茄灰霉菌保护作用及治疗作用的活体防效无显著差异。
he antifungal activity of extract from wild, cultivation and tissue cultivated Xanthium sibiricum were studied by growth rate method and cucumber cotyledon. The results indicated that the EC50 of the extract from three different Xanthium sibiricum to five fungi was 27.97 mg/ml、28.22 mg/ml、28.89 mg/ml respectively. The controlling protection effect and cure effect to Botrytis cinerea Pers. in the concentration of 30mg/ml was 36.24%、36.87% 、38.03% and 31.73%、32.90%、32.97%after 32h respectively . The difference of antifungal activity ,protection effect and cure effect of the extract from different Xanthium sibiricum to the five kinds of test fungus was not remarkable.
