热连轧生产过程是一个典型的复杂工业生产过程,具有很强的非线性、内外部随机扰动、结构和参数的不确定性和时变性。由于在这类复杂工业过程中精确的数学模型难以建立和传统的控制理论的无能为力。针对这种情况,本文提出了热轧带钢宽度的专家模糊控制,首先提出了专家控制规则,然后建立模糊控制器来控制规则中参数,最后通过MATLAB仿真。实验结果表明该方法具有良好的控制效果,为复杂工业过程的控制提供了新方法。

Hot-rolling production is a typical complex industrial process, which has highly nonlinear, internal and external random disturbances, the uncertainty and time-varying of structure and parameters. It is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model and traditional control theory has no ability for such complex industrial processes. For this, in this paper, expert-fuzzy control of hot-rolled strip width is proposed. Firstly expert control rules are proposed, then control the parameters by the fuzzy controller, finally simulate by MATLAB. Experimental results show that the method has good control effect and provides a new way for complex industrial process control.
