Optimization and Simulation of Flexibility Performance Index on Redundant Fiber Placement Manipulator in Task Space

从一种冗余铺丝机器人在其任务空间中的运动学优化问题出发,在对国内外学者提出的不同的机器人运动灵活性指标分析的基础上,提出一种在任务空间内综合评价机器人灵活性能的方法。构建了反映多个性能指标的多目标优化问题的数学模型,引入一种多目标优化算法对其进行Pareto最优解集的求解。通过对最优解集的数据分析,得到各种运动灵活性能指标之间的相关性。仿真结果证明了所建立的模型和采用的求解算法可以让机器人实现多个性能指标的均衡优化,为铺丝机器人任务空间中最优灵活性能工作区域的寻找提供一种新的切实可行的思路和方法。

imed at the problem of kinematics optimization of redundant fiber placement robot with a specific task space and based on the analysis of flexibility indexes of various industry robots proposed by scholars at home, and abroad, a method is presented for assessing robot flexibility in task space. The mathematical model is constructed to reflect multiple performance indexs of multi-objective optimization problem. A kind of multi-objective optimization algorithm is introduced to solve the Pareto optimal solution set. The optimal solution set of the mathematical analysis shows that there are different degrees of correlation between different performance indicators. Simulation results show that the optimal model and algorithm allow the robot to achieve a balanced optimization of multiple performance indicators. The fiber placement robotic can get optimal flexibility area in task space by using the new practical ideas and methods.
