i6Al4V表面Mo-N改性层在人工体液及干摩擦条件下磨损性能的研究
Study on properties of wear of Molybdenum Nitride modified Layer on Ti6Al4V Alloy in dry and Hank’s solution
利用等离子表面合金化技术在Ti6Al4V表面Mo-N共渗,对试样在Hank’s模拟人工体液及干摩擦条件下的磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:Ti6Al4V合金表面Mo-N共渗可以形成均匀的表面改性层,改性层由沉积层和扩散层构成;与基材相比Mo-N改性层在Hank’s溶液中的具有优异的减摩及耐磨性能;在干摩擦条件下,具有一定的减摩效果及耐磨性能。
he certain thickness and compact Mo –N surface modified layer on Ti6Al4V substrate was prepared by the plasma surface alloying technology. The structure and composition of the Mo –N surface modified layer were investigated by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy (GDOES). The properties of wear at an ambient and in Hank’s simulating physiological solution of the Mo –N modified layer was investigated and compared with that of Ti6Al4V substrate material. Results show that Mo –N modified layer has much better friction-reducing and anti-wear ability in Hank’s simulating physiological solution, while it has poor friction-reducing and better anti-wear ability in dry condition.
