真空预压现场施工要点探讨

With the development of the national economy ,the demand for land of buildings and roads is tension, but a number of them need to be built on the weak groundsill .Vacuum preloading is the new strengthening technology that is developed and widely applied recently ,and it is suitable for treating soft foundation on the coastal and riverside areas. This paper introduces the current situation of vacuum preloading, analyzes consolidation mechanism from theory aspects, summarizes the field construction flow of vacuum preloading, summarizes the construction points and some problems needing attention separately from field delivery and cleaning, the level draining system construction, the vertical draining system construction, laying fiber cloth and sealing films, excavating sealing ditch, maintaining in the stage of vacuum-pumping, standard of unloading, the treatment of transitional section and so on. The paper brings up some reasonable and effective treatment measures to provide reference for vacuum preloading construction units on the field construction.
