流量是科研和生产实践中经常需要测量和控制的过程参数之一,其测量的准确程度直接关系到生产质量、效率、经济指标和科研工作的成败。传感器输出信号中包含着周期性的流量信号,但同时也包含着各种噪声。通过对传感器的输出信号采用具有功率谱分析功能的快速傅利叶变换算法进行离散分析,计算出反映流量速率的信号频率。通过改变采样频率和频谱校正方法,提高测量系统的精确度并获得精确的流量。

ischarge is one of the processing parameters in research and industry productivity which need to be measured and controlled frequently. There is a closed relationship between the accurate measuring and the quality of the productivity, efficiency and the research. In this paper, we aim to develop a signal processing system of vortex flow-meter, which is based on power-spectrum-analysis. With the change of sampling frequency and the spectrum correction, the measurement accuracy of the system is improved and the volumetric flow rate is obtained accurately. The experiments, including tests of the signal processing system, and calibration of the vortex flow-meter, show that the precision and the rate of measurement are greatly improved.
