针对复杂过程通用有限元程序分析效率低,适应性差的问题,提出了基于二次开发的有限元专有程序的解决方案。详细讨论了C#框架下基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA二次开发的有限元专有程序的开发技术。给出了程序的核心代码——进程调用程序、进程通信。以四辊轧机冷轧板带过程为例,完成了四辊轧机冷轧板带过程有限元专有程序的开发。初步应用表明该方案可以有效的解决复杂过程有限元模型的自动生成问题,极大的提高了分析效率。为有限元在复杂过程的深入研究提供了一个高效的研究平台。

he special program based on the secondary development technology is proposed in order to overcome the low efficiency and bad suitability of simulating complicated process using the general soft. The development technology of special program based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA is discussed in details using the C#. The special program used in 4-High Cold Strip rolling process of the plate and bland is designed. The applying indicates that this method can automatically generate the finite element modeling used in complicated process, and improve the analysis efficiency. The progress gives a studying platform for studying complicated process using finite element method.
