光伏非线性诱导的光折变晶体的不对称的扇形效应

在我们的研究中,首次关注了LiNbO3晶体中的不对称扇形效应。当入射光与c轴成某一夹角倾斜入射至晶体体内时,入射光两边的散射光都会被放大,但是两边放大的扇形并不是同等的,即入射光向两边散射光转移的能量并不相等,而是有差别的,这种效应我们称之为光伏晶体的不对称扇形效应。实验上,我们通过倾斜入射光束至LiNbO3晶体中的实验观察到了扇形两边的不对称现象,并找到了扇形不对称的规律;理论上,用入射光两边散射光的衍射效率的竞争解释了不对称扇形效应及其不对称的规律。
In our research, we first pay attention to unsymmetrical fanning in LiNbO3. When the incident beam was tilted respect to the c axis, two side of scattered light would be amplified, but the fanning is not equal to each other, that is to say, there is difference between the two side amplified light, we call this phenomenon unsymmetrical fanning of photovoltaic crystal. This can be experimentally determined. In theory, we get the result through compute the diffraction efficiency of the two side gratings.
