连续种植Bt玉米对土壤微生物群落的影响

Effects of Continuous Planting of Bt Corns on Soil Microorganism Community

本文在温室中连续5次种植两个Bt玉米(5422Bt1和5422CBCL)及其同源常规玉米5422,种植后采集根外土(0-20 cm、20-40 cm和40-60 cm)和根围土,检测土壤中微生物群落的变化,探讨连续种植五次Bt玉米是否对土壤微生物群落产生影响,从而为Bt玉米的安全种植提供科学依据。结果表明,在连续5次种植玉米过程中,土层和种植次数及其交互作用是影响根外土(0-20 cm、20-40 cm和40-60 cm)细菌、真菌和放线菌数量的主要因素。在同一种植时间和同一土层中,连续5次种植两个Bt玉米对细菌和放线菌数量均没有显著影响,对真菌数量的影响只表现在第一次种植后的20-40 cm土层中。在该土层中,5422Bt1和5422CBCL的真菌数量显著高于5422。种植五次后Bt玉米和常规玉米根围土中的细菌、真菌和放线菌数量也无明显差异。种植次数是影响耕作层(0-20 cm)根外土三类功能微生物(反硝化细菌、磷细菌和钾细菌)数量的主要因素。在同一种植时间,5422Bt1对耕作层根外土的反硝化细菌、磷细菌和钾细菌的数量均无显著影响;但5422CBCL第三次种植和第四次种植后耕作层根外土的磷细菌数量显著高于5422,而第四次种植5422CBCL根外土的钾细菌数量则显著低于5422。第五次种植后根围土的反硝化细菌和磷细菌数量在Bt玉米和常规玉米之间均无显著差异,但Bt玉米5422Bt1根围土的钾细菌数量明显比常规玉米5422低。

In this study, two Bt corns (5422Bt1 and 5422CBCL) and their conventional corn 5422 were continuously planted for five times in greenhouse; the buck soil (0-20 cm, 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm) and root surface soil around roots of corn plants were sampled. Microbial community were investigated to elucidate whether the soil microbes were affected after Bt corns were continuously planted for five times, so as to provide a scientific basis for Bt corn planting in field. Our results showed that the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomyces in the buck soil (0-20 cm, 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm) was mainly affected by soil layer, planting frequency and their interaction. In the same soil layer and planting time, there were no significant differences in the number of bacteria and actinomyces after continuous planting of Bt corns for five times. But the number of fungi in 20-40 cm bulk soil was affected after the first planting of Bt corns, with more fungi in the soil planting Bt corns than their conventional corn. No significant differences were observed in the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomyces in the root surface soil after continuous planting Bt corns and their conventional corn for five times. Planting frequency was the major factor affecting the number of soil microbes (denitrifying bacteria, phosphorus bacteria and potassium bacteria) in the plough layer (0-20 cm). In the same planting time, the planting of 5422Bt1 did not affect the number of denitrifying bacteria, phosphorus bacteria and potassium bacteria in the plough layer. After 5422CBCL was continuously planted for three and four times, the number of phosphorus bacteria was higher; while after 5422CBCL was continuously planted for four times, the number of potassium bacteria was obviously lower, as compared to the planting of 5422. After the fifth planting of Bt corns and conventional corn, no significant differences existed in the number of denitrifying bacteria and phosphorus bacteria in the root surface soil, but the planting of 5422Bt1 resulted in a remarkable decrease in the number of potassium bacteria.
