在分析现有矿井通风能力核定办法不足的基础上，提出了一种更为合理、科学的新核定理论体系，新方法不仅弥补了现有核定办法的缺陷，在实际应用中更加全面反映了矿井通风的效果和能力。
hough analyzing the current way of coal mine ventilation capability checking, there are some objections in that way. In this paper, we put forward a new way of coal mine ventilation capability checking, comparing to the old way, the new remedy objections which are in the old and is more reasonable and scientific.
