胰腺癌基础研究进展

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly gastrointestinal cancer. In recent years, the incidence of pancreatic cancer in men and women in the United States has increased by about 1% every year.In China,pancreatic cancer ranks 10th for incidence and 5th for mortality, and the 5-year relative survival rate is only 7.2%.The mortality and incidence of pancreatic cancer have been increasing in the past two decades, and we urgently need to understand the progress of basic research on pancreatic cancer.Here we reviewed the latest high quality studies published in 2020,and summarized the progress in genomics, metabolomics, tumor microenvironment, prognostic factors and novel targets to provide theoretical support for conquering this lethal disease.
