若干果蔬酵素酵母菌菌株的分离与鉴定

从传统工艺发酵获得的枇杷酵素、西红柿酵素、黄麻酵素、杨梅酵素和红心火龙果酵素中共分离获得12株相关酵母菌,对其进行生理生化实验,并对其ITS序列进行测序,比对Blast数据库数据,分别鉴定为季也蒙毕赤酵母(Pichia guilliermondii)、德巴列汉逊酵母(Debaryomyces hansenii)、浅白隐球酵母(Cryptococcus albidus)、蜂生假丝酵母(Candida apicola)、拜耳接合酵母(Zygosaccharomyces bailii)、鲁斯接合酵母(Zygosaccharomyces rouxii)。本研究对人工接种发酵法生产微生物酵素的研究和推广应用具有积极意义。
12 related yeasts were isolated from the spontaneous fermentation of loquat microbial enzyme, jute microbial enzymes, waxberry microbial enzyme and pitaya microbial enzymes, On the physiological and biochemical experiments, and the sequencing of ITS sequences, than Blast database data, there were proved to be Pichia guilliermondii, Debaryomyces hansenii, Cryptococcus albidus, Zygosaccharomyces bailii, Zygosaccharomyces rouxii. This study of artificial inoculation fermentation research and application of producing microbial enzyme has positive significance.
