大伙房水库的浮游植物分布情况调查研究
Investigation and Study of the Phytoplankton Distribution of Dahuofang Reservoir
本论文对大伙房水库的浮游植物分布情况进行了调查研究。从水库藻类的组成,污染指示藻出现的频率和数量可以初步判断水库水质属于富营养化类型。藻类细胞密度为5.4×106个/升-10.95×106个/升,平均为8.05×106个/升,按照此标准大伙房水库水质已属富营养化。根据水样中藻类的的计数结果计算Shannon-Weaver多样性指数,测定结果表明部分采样点已属于轻度污染。计算采样样本的Margalef多样性指数为0.69,数值与文献中比较较小,说明发生了污染。综合生物指数评价来看大伙房水库水质污染程度属于轻度污染类型。
he distribution of phytoplankton in Dahuofang Reservoir was investigated and studied in this study. Based on the composition of the algae from the reservoir and the the frequency of occurrence and the number of pollution indicator algae, we can preliminary judgment that the water quality of this reservoir could be eutrophication type. The algal cell density of this reservoir ranges 5.4×106 Ind/L from 10.95×106 Ind/L, suggesting that the water quality of this reservoir could be eutrophication type. The Shannon-Weaver diversity index of each sample point were calculated based on the the results of algae cell counting. The results indicating that part of the sampling points are belonging to light pollution. The Margalef diversity index was 0.69, which is smaller than that in literature, suggesting that contamination was occurred in this reservoir. Based on the results of biological indicator and biological diversity index, Dahuofang Reservoir are belonging to light pollution water.
