组态王在陶瓷检测系统中的通讯设计

With regard to the disadvantages of lower automation and low visual ability of domestic ceramic detecting system, this paper presents a kind of ceramic detecting and controlling system based on the single-chip microcomputers C8051F022 and the real-time detecting of interface designed by Configuration King of the Beijing YAKONG Company. This paper particularly introduces how to carry out the method of the serial communication between KingView and single-chip microcomputer. We provide flow diagram of programming and thinking on the basis of communication protocol supplied by KingView and principle of serial on single-chip microcomputer.
