本文以交流异步电机作为测功机,设计电动车驱动系统半实物仿真测试平台,并对电动车开关磁阻电机(SRM)驱动系统进行初步的性能测试。测试电机与测功机同轴对接,单片机及外部电路实时检测驱动电机转速及其变化,计算驱动电机所需负载转矩,并控制测功机给驱动电机加载以模拟车辆惯性和车辆行驶所受外力。实验和仿真结果的对比表明该测试平台不仅能够准确检测驱动电机速度及其变化,在加载性能方面更是表现出优良的动态特性,从而可以模拟电动汽车不同的运行工况。同时,该平台在驱动电机更换的简易性、设备体积及成本的控制等方面均具有较明显优势,因此具有一定的普适性,能够广泛推广至一般测试精度需求的测试系统平台。

his paper designs a test bench for electric vehicle (EV) driving system, where AC induction motor functions as the dynamometer. Switched reluctance motor (SRM) is selected as the drive motor of EV, and preliminary performance tests for SRM EV driving system are carried out. The drive motor and the dynamometer are in the coaxial connection. The motor speed and its variation are detected via the single chip microcomputer combined with external circuits in real-time. Based on the sensed speed and acceleration, the required load torque of the drive motor is calculated and then used to simulate the vehicle inertia and external force. The comparisons between experimental and simulation results indicate that the proposed test bench can measure the speed accurately and has a good dynamic loading performance. Moreover, it has the advantages of universality, small volume and low cost, and therefore can be used to test different driving systems.
