基于PKI/CA的电子文件安全传输方案研究

With the development of social informatization, E-Government construction has been pushed to the national strategy altitude. As an important factor of e-government and tangible information assets, the application and supporting technologies of electronic records have gained more and more attention, especially in effective use and security transmission. The integrity, availability and confidentiality of electronic records can be guaranteed only after taking valid safety measures, and then electronic records will be better recognized and utilized. Aimed at the above issues, this paper proposes a kind of security transmission scheme of electronic records based on PKI/CA. First, this paper introduces the application background. Then it presents some supporting technologies of the transmission scheme, such as electronic signature, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and so on. On the basis of these theories, the article finally puts forwards security transmission process of electronic records. On the background of the document of National Electronic Records Management Planning (2011-2015) published in 2011, this paper has certain application value and reference significance.
