针对权重信息不完全的直觉数多属性决策问题,首先引入了直觉模糊数的一些运算法则、直觉模糊数的得分函数和精确函数。然后对权重信息不完全的直觉模糊数的多属性决策方法进行了研究,给出了一个基于最大偏差的目标规划模型,从而获得相应的属性权重,基于IFWAA算子对直觉模糊数信息进行集结,进而根据得分函数和精确函数对方案进行排序。最后,进行了实例分析,说明了该方法的实用性和有效性。

With respect to multiple attribute decision making problems with intuitionistic fuzzy information, some operational laws of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, score function and accuracy function of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced. An optimization model based on the maximizing deviation method, by which the attribute weights can be determined, is established. We utilize the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetric averaging (IFWAA) operator to aggregate the intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, and then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s) according to the score function and accuracy function. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method. The result shows the approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
